ABOUT GI GRIFFIN

Getting an early start building and marketing a DJ business at the age of 14, GI has built his career over the last 2 decades working with some of the most recognizable brands, businesses, and music icons. 

 

While marketing an event for radio in San Francisco CA, GI connected with a rep for Coca-Cola and eventually became the Northern California field marketing manager for multiple brands including Vitamin Water, Coke Zero, NOS Energy Drinks, and Fuze Beverages. Moving to Los Angeles to expand his career, GI was hired on at Avid Technology to be the Pro Tools rep for the greater Los Angeles area interfacing with some of the biggest names in the music industry such as Dave Pensado, Larrabee Studios, and Interscope Records.

 

Pulling from his experience in San Francisco and Los Angeles, GI founded and headed up marketing for what would become the #1 rated studio in California. He mix engineered records performed by H.E.R., Jessie Reyez, Julia Michaels, and Charlie XCX. His music mixing skills led him to being brought on for promotions mix engineer for Bud Light SoundStage for 6 radio stations working with Charlie Puth, Tinashe, Tori Kelly, Sage The Gemini, and many more. 

 

Through all these experiences, GI has learned that what it ultimately comes down to is psychologically understanding people and being able to strategize your goals around that understanding to make them a reality. This is what he does as an advisor for his clients to help them reach their business objectives and inspire their audience to take action.
